Training and Education Services for European Grant Recipients

This public contract involves providing comprehensive education services for members of the Association of European Grant Recipients. The services include: a) Preparation and delivery of training courses led by qualified instructors; b) Professional training for course participants; c) Engaging and involving businesses in the Association to meet the required hours and project indicators, followed by training their employees after receiving de minimis support; d) Costs associated with organizing courses and instructors (travel, accommodation, meals, etc.); e) Providing training materials for participants - preparation, printing, and distribution; f) Ensuring training venues meet minimum requirements specified in the course details (see Appendix 2); g) Providing necessary technical equipment for effective training - flipcharts, projectors, computers, etc.; h) Supplying all required documentation for the courses as per the call; i) Providing photographic documentation (in jpg format) with at least two photos from each course; j) Adhering to mandatory publicity requirements for training as per NPO rules; k) Communicating with the contracting authority, addressing operational issues, and making any necessary changes to the project, training topics, and schedule based on the needs of the participating member organizations; l) Training will be conducted through courses and seminars organized by the education service provider. The contract also includes services related to the organizational management of educational programs and training for selected target groups.
