Germany – Construction of Rainwater Pipelines – Renovation and Expansion of Carl-Orff-Gymnasium - Technical Facilities in Outdoor Areas

This project involves the construction of technical facilities for a new school building. Key tasks include the drainage of rainwater into infiltration systems, installation of a sanitary line connecting the new building to existing infrastructure, and the construction of two fire water tanks on the site. Additionally, new infiltration systems must be established for rainwater pipelines of a neighboring existing building, and the current temporary solution must be dismantled. The contractor is also responsible for earthworks, while the restoration of surfaces will be managed by the landscaping contractor. The site is listed in the contaminated sites register, but no contaminants have been found to date.
