Food Supply for Hestia Microcanteen

The University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology 'George Emil Palade' in Targu Mures (UMFST G. E. Palade Tg. Mures) is initiating a public procurement procedure for the supply of food products for the Hestia Microcanteen. This procurement aims to ensure the preparation of meals served at the Hestia Microcanteen throughout the academic year. The procurement includes the supply of food products across 16 categories necessary for meal preparation at the microcanteen. These products will support the smooth operation of the Hestia Microcanteen, providing meals for students, university staff, and other occasional customers. The food products being procured include: LOT 1 - Poultry, LOT 2 - Beef, LOT 3 - Eggs, LOT 4 - Frozen Products, LOT 5 - Spices and Seasonings, LOT 6 - Beverages for Recipes, LOT 7 - Flour Products, LOT 8 - Oils, LOT 9 - Pork, LOT 10 - Meat Products, LOT 11 - Fish and Fish Products, LOT 12 - Bakery Products, LOT 13 - Dairy Products, LOT 14 - Pastry and Confectionery Products, LOT 15 - Canned Goods, Jars, and Sauces, LOT 16 - Vegetables and Fruits. Suppliers can request clarifications until 17 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
