Integrated Digital Solutions for Document Management

The George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Sciences and Technology in Targu Mures (UMFST G.E. Palade Targu Mures) is initiating a public procurement procedure for the acquisition of products, specifically "Integrated Digital Solutions for Document Management". This is part of the "I-NEXT - Project for the Development of Innovative Digital Solutions for Future Professions". The acquisition of these digital solutions is of national strategic interest, aimed at ensuring the effective conduct of educational activities. The project seeks to provide quality medical education that meets current international standards. By equipping laboratories with real-world applicable equipment integrated with electronic platforms, students will be able to apply theoretical knowledge in a safe environment and develop skills and competencies that prepare them for current job market demands in the fields of study offered by UMFST G.E. Palade Targu Mures. Therefore, the contracting authority is procuring the necessary Integrated Digital Solutions for Document Management to implement the "I-NEXT" project. Suppliers can request clarifications until 17 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
