Building Cleaning Contract in Germany

This contract is for the interior cleaning of buildings. It will commence on June 1, 2025, and will last for three years. The contract can be terminated at the end of each contract year (including within the first three years) with a six-month notice period before the end of the contract year. If not terminated, the contract will automatically renew for one year. A written notice is required for termination. The contract will end on May 31, 2030, without the need for termination. A six-month probation period is established from the start of the contract, during which the client can terminate the contract without reason with a 14-day notice period before the end of the month.
