Integrated Information System Development for Râmnicu Sărat Hospital

The Râmnicu Sărat Municipality is seeking suppliers to provide development and implementation services for an Integrated Information System and related equipment as part of the project aimed at digitizing the operations of the Râmnicu Sărat Municipal Hospital. This procurement includes specific quantities and conditions outlined in the specifications document. According to Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), in conjunction with Article 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests (if received in time) on the 15th day before the deadline for submitting offers as stated in the participation announcement. Suppliers have 25 days to request clarifications before the offer submission deadline.
