Medical Equipment Supply and Installation for Urology Clinic

This contract involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment for the Urology Clinic as specified in the Technical Specification document. The supplier is required to provide brand new, unused equipment, not refurbished or used for demonstration purposes. The total estimated value of the contract is up to 1,066,528.72 BGN (excluding VAT) or 1,279,834.46 BGN (including VAT), divided into five specific lots: Lot 1 - Ultrasound Machine (2 units) for 139,666.67 BGN excluding VAT; Lot 2 - Mobile X-ray Machine (1 unit) for 225,000.00 BGN excluding VAT; Lot 3 - Laparoscopic 4K Tower (1 unit) for 317,962.05 BGN excluding VAT; Lot 4 - Thulium Laser System with additional equipment (1 unit) for 256,950.00 BGN excluding VAT; Lot 5 - Holmium Urological Laser System with equipment (1 unit) for 126,950.00 BGN excluding VAT. The estimated value includes all costs related to the execution of the contract, including delivery, transportation, insurance, customs duties, installation, commissioning, and staff training. The execution of the contract is conditional due to lack of secured funding at the time of the procedure opening. The execution period is up to 180 calendar days from the date of receiving the order for the contract execution. The order can be sent within 10 months from the contract signing date. If no order is received within this period, the contract will be considered terminated. The buyer will make an advance payment of 30% of the price within 30 days after sending the order and receiving the original invoice from the supplier. The remaining 70% will be paid within 30 days according to the draft contract. The place of execution is the specified structure located at UMHATSM 'N.I. Pirogov' EAD in Sofia. The validity period for offers is 6 months from the deadline for receiving offers. The evaluation of technical and price proposals will be conducted before reviewing compliance documents. The supplier must guarantee the fulfillment of their obligations with a performance guarantee of 3% of the contract value.
