Construction and Installation Works for the Repair of 110 kV Power Line "Bistritsa - Pavlovo"

This contract involves construction and installation works for the repair of the foundations of power line poles numbered 13, 14, 15, and 16 on the 110 kV "Bistritsa - Pavlovo" line. The work includes: manual trench excavation in soil; breaking old concrete to a solid state and roughening for better adhesion using a jackhammer or hammer and chisel; installation of steel reinforcement bars (N 12 x 40 cm) to connect old and new concrete with HILTI HIT-HY 200-R anchor resin (or equivalent), including drilling holes Ø14 mm and anchoring depth up to 250 mm; applying a bonding primer (concrete contact) for the connection between old and new concrete; constructing and dismantling formwork; preparing, delivering, and installing reinforcement of ordinary complexity from steel AI and AIII; delivering and manually placing a 15 cm thick underlay concrete with strength class C 10/12.5; delivering and placing reinforced concrete C 25/30 sulfate-resistant (B 30), including vibrating the mixture with a needle vibrator; backfilling narrow trenches without compaction; delivering soil and backfilling without compaction around the pole; manually compacting soil layers up to 20 cm to achieve a minimum bulk density of 17.0 kN/m3; delivering and applying a durable protective coating for concrete Sikagard-680 S Betoncolor or equivalent, in color according to RAL 9001.
