Electric Buses and Charging Stations Procurement in Lugoj, Romania

The goal of this investment is to enhance mobility in urban and rural areas by establishing an efficient public transport system with good internal connectivity in Lugoj and external connectivity in Coșteiu. This project aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while ensuring accessibility for residents to public services, jobs, and local points of interest. The procurement involves acquiring 3 electric buses and installing 6 charging stations, which will improve public transport services and address key mobility issues identified in the Mobility Plan. This initiative will also help reduce noise and air pollution, thereby enhancing the quality of life for residents and the surrounding environment. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the bid submission deadline. Any clarifications requested after this period will not be considered. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 10th day before the bid submission deadline.
