    Brief

    This contract involves the supply and installation of a speed monitoring device in the tunnel under Zielonki along the national road S52. Key details include: 1) Delivery and installation of the device with a warranty, 2) Licensing of the software, 3) Necessary installation work, including coordination with the road manager, project documentation, and connection to the energy supply of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (including sub-meter installation), 4) Integration with the CANARD system, 5) Training services. The devices must have a warranty of at least 36 months. The contract must be completed within a maximum of 18 weeks from the contract date. Partial or variant offers are not allowed. The contractor may use subcontractors but must specify the parts of the contract to be subcontracted. The contractor is responsible for the proper execution of the contract, regardless of subcontracting. The contract does not require personal execution of key tasks by the contractor or subcontractors. A bid security of 16,000 PLN is required, along with a performance bond of 3% of the contract value.
