Construction Management Services for Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic at FN Brno

This public procurement contract is for the provision of construction management services for the project titled 'FN Brno – Construction of a Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic.' The contractor for the construction will be selected through a separate procurement process, which is expected to conclude by mid-2025. However, this timeline is an estimate and not binding. Detailed information can be found in Appendix 6 of the procurement documentation, which includes the project documentation. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all construction management activities are carried out effectively, ensuring the project is completed on time, to a high standard, and is fully functional and ready for use according to the buyer's needs. The selected supplier will provide services in accordance with the contractual terms outlined in the service agreement, following the FIDIC WHITE BOOK guidelines, translated into Czech by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE), edition 2006. The scope of construction management services will cover the requirements specified in the procurement conditions for selecting the contractor and the contract with the contractor. The services include the following phases: a) construction management activities, b) engineering services prior to project completion, and c) consulting and oversight services during the warranty period of the project.
