Construction of New Facility for After-School Care at Landsweiler Elementary School

The Landsweiler Elementary School currently accommodates 160 students across eight classes, with two additional rooms available for after-school care within the school building. A new facility is planned to house the after-school care program, which will be located between the elementary school building and the gymnasium. This new facility must provide sufficient space for 160 school children, accommodating 7-8 groups. The required spaces include: 7-8 group rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen for meal preparation (lunch) that also functions as a cooking classroom, 1 office for management, 1 meeting room for parents, 1 staff room, storage rooms, and restroom facilities. This contract is for engineering services related to structural planning (service phases 1-6 as per § 51 HOAI). The client reserves the right to award individual service phases in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases. If service phases are called upon, the contractor is obliged to provide the respective services.
