Laboratory Equipment Service Contract 2025 - 2026

This contract is for a 12-month rapid response service and maintenance agreement for Attestor forensic equipment. The service includes support for the following equipment: 2 NINcha M31 chambers (serial numbers 206-2000-269, 206-2000-270), 1 NINcha L31 chamber (serial number 206-300-128), 4 MEGAfumes chambers (serial numbers 160-1000-016, 160-1000-018, 160-1000-019, 160-1000-021), and 2 MOBIfume systems (with various serial numbers for fuming units and humidifiers). The contract offers unlimited email and telephone support, up to 2 emergency on-site call-outs within 2-3 days (excluding weekends), and a preventative maintenance visit lasting 2 days, during which a service inspection report will be provided. Please note that parts are not included in the contract and will be invoiced separately. Labour and travel expenses for call-outs are included, whether performed by ForenteQ or outsourced to Attestor Forensics GmbH if necessary. A call-out is defined as addressing one specific reported issue, regardless of the number of visits required to resolve it. The service also includes ISO 17025 traceable calibration of MEGAfume and MOBIfume systems during the preventative maintenance visit.
