Integrated Security, Parking and Reception Services for NHS Hospitals

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive integrated security, car parking, and reception services across University Hospital Lewisham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and community sites. The contract encompasses: manned security guarding and patrols, CCTV monitoring with incident response capabilities, reception services and access control administration, community mobile patrols with key holding and alarm response, car park management and enforcement, cash collection services, and a 24/7 parking contact centre. All personnel must be SIA-licensed and the provider must be accredited under the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme. This is a multi-site operation requiring experienced security and facilities management expertise.
