Payment Collection Services Provider

Trent & Dove Housing is seeking an experienced and accredited provider to deliver comprehensive Payment and Collection Services to its customer base. The service will enable customers to make payments through multiple accessible and secure channels including PayPoint, Post Office, online payments, telephone/IVR, text payments, and Direct Debit facilities. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing and managing payment platforms, processing and reconciling transactions, securely transferring customer payments, integrating with the housing provider's financial and housing management systems, and delivering detailed reporting and performance information to support effective contract management and decision-making.
