Road Construction Project in Romania

This contract involves the execution of works for the investment project "Modernization of County Road DJ 504, Giurgiu-Vieru-Putineiu-Gogoșari - Teleorman County border, sections km 3+263 - 9+473; km 10+753 - 20+200". The investment area covers 250,512.00 square meters of public domain. Key details include: Length of the modernized county road: 15.247 km. The execution works are detailed in the technical project prepared by S.C. RIA DESIGN CONSULTING S.R.L., attached to this specification. NOTE: "The number of days for requesting clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers." In this case, the deadlines for receiving clarification requests and for the contracting authority's response have been calculated to ensure that economic operators benefit from the 10 days provided by Article 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions. Interested economic operators will submit their offers with a validity of 180 days from the established deadline for receiving offers.
