Hotel Services for International Training Event

This contract involves providing hotel and catering services, including the rental of conference rooms, for the XX International Tool Fair training event. The contract will be in effect for 8 months from the date of signing. The event consists of two parts: 1) The main event, scheduled for October 18-23, 2026. 2) The organizational team meeting, scheduled for April 13-16, 2026. The buyer allows for changes to the event dates during the contract period, as outlined in the proposed contract terms. The final dates will be confirmed 14 days before the scheduled event.
