Construction of a New Gymnasium at Hristo Botev School

This public procurement contract involves the construction of a new gymnasium at Hristo Botev School located in the Sekirowo neighborhood of Rakovski. The project is based on a sketch visa issued by the chief architect of the Rakovski Municipality. The gymnasium will have an entrance from the eastern side and will be built at a height of 30 cm above the adjacent terrain. The building is designed with two levels in the southern part, featuring a gable roof made of thermal panels. The drainage system will be entirely within the investor's property, and the structure will be fully metal with thermal panel walls. This project falls under the first group, fourth category of construction according to Bulgarian regulations. Detailed descriptions of all planned activities and their scope are included in the attached technical specifications, project documents, and cost estimates. The construction and installation works must be completed within a timeframe proposed by the participant, which should not be shorter than 240 calendar days and not longer than 280 calendar days, starting from the date of signing the protocol for the opening of the construction site. Participants must also propose a warranty period for the completed works, which must comply with the minimum warranty periods established by Bulgarian regulations. Funding for this project is not secured at the time of the procurement procedure, and a clause for deferred execution is included in the contract. Payments will be made as follows: an advance payment of up to 30% of the total contract value, followed by interim payments for completed works, and a final payment upon completion and acceptance of the construction. All payments are contingent upon securing funding from the financing authority.
