Design and Delivery of Electric-Powered Boat for River Pollution Monitoring

This contract involves the design, construction, and delivery of a hybrid-powered boat equipped with both electric and emergency gasoline outboard engines. The project is part of the Romanian-Bulgarian Cooperation for a Green Danube System, aimed at enhancing environmental protection, biodiversity, and reducing pollution in urban areas. Key activities include: 1) Preparation of project documentation by the contractor; 2) Approval of the technical project by the contracting authority in accordance with Bulgarian regulations; 3) Construction of the vessel; 4) Delivery of the fully equipped vessel to the designated location at the Port of Ruse; 5) Conducting sea trials at the Port of Ruse; 6) Final handover and registration with the River Supervision Directorate in Ruse; 7) Training sessions based on an approved program and schedule; 8) Provision of vessel documentation in Bulgarian; 9) Addressing any defects during the warranty period.
