Brief

The Contracting Authority is seeking a single supplier to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), footwear, and corporate wear products across all its sites. The successful provider will be responsible for supplying a comprehensive range of items as specified in the tender documents (Appendix A Specification and Appendix C Products and Pricing). This is a non-split tender, meaning only one provider will be appointed. The contract will run for an initial term of 24 months, from 1st December 2026 to 30th November 2028, with potential for two additional one-year extensions subject to contract performance review and budget availability. Suppliers should be prepared to demonstrate their capability to meet all requirements and submit the most competitive and value-for-money proposal.
