    Brief

    The Irish Authority seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide part-time engineering support services for camera-based road safety enforcement initiatives. The SME will support the implementation of Action 6 from Ireland's Government Road Safety Strategy 2021-2030 Phase 2 Action Plan (2025-2027) and contribute to the National Safety Camera Strategy through a partnership with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) and An Garda Síochána (AGS). The Service Provider may be an individual, company, partnership, or consortium and must nominate a qualified individual to serve as the Camera Enforcement SME. This is a 4-year contract with a maximum value of €1,520,640. The successful bidder should demonstrate expertise in camera enforcement systems, road safety policy, and stakeholder coordination to support the Authority's camera-based enforcement program.
