The City of London Corporation is seeking a single provider to deliver a comprehensive Street Homelessness Outreach and Support Service across the Square Mile. This new five-year contract consolidates three previously separate services into one integrated offering: Street Outreach to identify and support rough sleepers, Peripatetic Support for clients in temporary accommodation, and Long Term Casework for individuals with complex and entrenched needs. The service is designed with flexibility and modularity to adapt to changing local and national priorities. Optional service additions may include premises-based provision, weather-responsive support, targeted services for specific demographics (women, people with complex immigration issues), health interventions, rapid response to rough sleeping hotspots, enhanced day services, reconnection support, and prevention initiatives. Each optional service has activation triggers tied to funding availability, enabling the Corporation to respond quickly to emerging opportunities. The contract is valued at approximately £1,000,000 annually and is open to suppliers registered on the City of London Corporation Sourcing & Contracts Portal (https://cityoflondon.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/). Registration is free.
