    Brief

DPC (Dublin Port Company) is establishing a multi-party framework agreement to procure comprehensive hydrographic surveying services for its ports. The framework will support DPC's operational and capital programs, as well as statutory health and safety coordination duties across construction projects. Framework Members must be capable of delivering all core survey services, either in-house or through approved consortiums. Core services include: multi-beam and single-beam echo sounder surveys of navigation channels and berth facilities; pre-, interim, and post-dredge measurement surveys; seabed characteristic assessment; archaeological and obstruction identification using geophysical and sonar equipment; intertidal area surveys using LIDAR; berth fender line establishment; tide gauge calibration; temporary benchmark validation; data processing and reporting in multiple formats (XYZ, LAS, CARIS, PDF); and professional indemnity and marine liability insurance. Additional services may include sub-bottom profiling, wreck investigations, geotechnical sampling support, environmental monitoring, GNSS/RTK control network establishment, and BIM/GIS integration. Applicants must demonstrate capability to deliver all core services listed; applications limited to specific survey types only may be rejected. This is a significant opportunity for survey firms with expertise in marine infrastructure, port operations, and health and safety coordination across multiple project types.
