Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Interim Specialist

This is a contract opportunity for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Interim Specialist to be delivered between July 2026 and January 2027. The primary deliverable is a revised Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) Process that will help the organization better assess and manage equality considerations in decision-making and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the current EIA methodology, identifying improvements, and developing an updated process that aligns with best practices and organizational needs. This is a fixed-term interim role ideal for specialists with experience in EDI frameworks, impact assessment methodologies, and organizational change.
