Public Sector Construction Consultancy Framework

NHS Shared Business Services is establishing a Framework Agreement for Public Sector Construction Consultancy services available to NHS, Social Care, and approved public and private sector organisations. The framework comprises 11 specialised lots: Multidisciplinary Services, Project Management, Civil and Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical/Public Health Services, Principal Designer CDM Services, Architectural Services, Building Surveying, Healthcare Planning, Net Zero/Environmental Consultancy, and Ancillary Services. Interested suppliers are encouraged to attend the Pre-Procurement Bidder Webinar on 10 June 2026 at 10am to understand procurement requirements, evaluation criteria, and timescales. A webinar recording will be available for those unable to attend. Bidders must respond via the Ariba Network Discovery Posting and register on the Central Digital Platform (gov.uk/find-tender) with current Core Supplier Information. This procurement prioritises Sustainability and Social Value with significant evaluation weighting. The procurement is subject to Cabinet Office assurance and may be subject to changes.
