    Brief

Trinity College Dublin seeks a single supplier to provide an enterprise-grade Campus Occupancy Sensing Solution under a four-year framework agreement. The solution will capture and report space utilization across the university's teaching estate to support space management, timetabling, energy optimization, HVAC efficiency, and capital planning through accurate, anonymous occupancy data. The initial call-off covers occupancy sensing in timetabled teaching spaces with integration into Trinity's existing enterprise network and information systems. The solution will be delivered in phases, with installation and ongoing support included. Future call-offs may extend to additional campus sensing categories such as building occupancy, environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, CO₂/air quality), and energy/sub-metering sensing, subject to the Contracting Authority's discretion and budget availability. Tenderers should provide detailed responses addressing all requirements in the technical specifications. The Contracting Authority makes no commitment regarding the volume, value, or timing of any additional call-offs.
