Romania – Purchase of Vehicle Identity Cards

The Romanian Auto Registry (R.A.) is seeking suppliers for the procurement of Vehicle Identity Cards (Carte de Identitate a Vehiculului - CIV). This purchase will be made using internal funds. According to Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to r
