Belgium – Technical Control and Testing Services – Framework Agreement - Designation of Approved Experts in Contaminated Soil Management for Soil Studies, Monitoring of Remediation Works, and Establishment of Quality Reports of Land

Comment: The contract aims to conclude a framework agreement as defined in Article 2, 35° of the law of June 17, 2016. It aims to create a list of expert offices that can be solicited by the contracting authority. The maximum number of bidders to be selected is three. The purpose of this contract is
