    Brief

    A doctoral training programme designed to prepare the next generation of environmental researchers with advanced skills in evidence synthesis. Participants will learn to critically appraise, synthesise, and communicate diverse environmental information sources to support evidence-based policy and practice decisions. Up to two doctoral focal awards are available, each supporting 30 notional studentships distributed across three annual intake cohorts. This programme aims to build capacity in environmental research by training doctoral students in rigorous methodology for synthesising complex environmental evidence.
