Elections and Electoral Registration Print Services Framework

This is a closed framework agreement established by Liverpool City Council on behalf of multiple Merseyside and Northwest Region local authorities to provide print products and related services for electoral registration and election activities. The framework covers print materials needed for electoral registration canvassing, ongoing year-round registration activities, and all scheduled and unscheduled elections. Ten local authorities can use this framework to procure printing services as needed. Please note that actual order volumes are unpredictable due to the variable nature of election cycles and electoral processes. Eligible contracting authorities include: Liverpool City Council, Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Knowsley Borough Council, St Helens Borough Council, Wirral Council, Halton Borough Council, West Lancashire Borough Council, Preston City Council, Lancaster City Council, and Rossendale Borough Council. Suppliers should understand that work under this framework will be demand-driven and may vary significantly from year to year.
