    Brief

    City of Wolverhampton Council, on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT), is seeking an organization to develop an active travel route along a disused railway line connecting Wolverhampton to Dudley via Wombourne in South Staffordshire. The successful bidder will be responsible for developing the economic and financial cases for the Smestow Active Framework (SAF) business case and producing initial designs for the active travel scheme. This work will support the viability assessment and early-stage design development of the active travel infrastructure. Bidders should be able to deliver via the Midlands Highway Alliance PSP4 Framework Lot 1.
