Environmental Monitoring Services for MetroLink Infrastructure Project

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is seeking qualified organizations to provide independent environmental monitoring services for the MetroLink Programme. The selected contractor will deliver continuous environmental monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the MetroLink Advanced Works and Main Works Contracts, ensuring statutory compliance, environmental protection, and stakeholder confidence. This is a standalone Term Service Contract procured under the NEC4 suite using a Negotiated Procedure with Prior Call for Competition. The contract may also be utilized for similar TII Luas Network Projects. To participate, organizations must register on the Metrolink e-Sourcing Portal (https://metrolink.app.jaggaer.com/), navigate to the "PQQs/ITTs Open to All Suppliers" tab, locate the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for "MetroLink – Environmental Monitoring Services," express interest, and submit their response. All clarification queries must be submitted through the portal. TII reserves the right to award the contract based on initial tenders without conducting negotiations.
