    Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a provider to deliver money management and financial advice services to vulnerable adults and council tenants. The service will be delivered in two lots: Lot 1 will provide cash handling and money management support for adults with care or safeguarding needs, including home cash deliveries, drop-in cash collection, and pre-payment cards to help individuals maintain independence and avoid debt-related housing loss or residential care. Lot 2 will offer money and debt advice to council tenants and leaseholders at risk of financial difficulty, helping them build financial resilience, prevent rent arrears, and reduce eviction or homelessness risks. The provider must operate from an accessible central location in Brighton & Hove and comply with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
