Media Planning, Buying and Campaign Management Services

ATOC Limited is seeking a supplier to provide comprehensive media planning and buying services for national, regional, and local campaigns across offline and digital channels. The supplier will manage the full campaign lifecycle including strategic planning, media buying, campaign activation, performance monitoring, measurement, evaluation, and financial management. Services will support planned campaigns, ongoing activities, reactive communications, and complex strategic projects. The supplier must demonstrate capacity to handle varying levels of media activity and expenditure throughout the contract period. Services will be primarily delivered for ATOC Limited with potential requirements from participating rail organisations. This is a significant contract valued at £250,000,000 excluding VAT over an initial two-year term with options to extend for up to three additional years.
