Commercial Real Estate Services Framework Agreement – Ireland

The Land Development Agency (LDA) in Ireland is seeking qualified real estate service providers to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for managing commercial and non-residential properties. The framework covers three service areas: (1) Commercial property leasing and lettings, (2) Commercial unit sales and investment property sales, and (3) Commercial tenancy management and administration. These services will support various property types within LDA developments, including retail spaces, childcare facilities, community centers, leisure facilities, and office accommodation. Suppliers may bid for one or all three lots based on their expertise and capacity.
