    Brief

The Centre for Cell Manufacturing Ireland (CCMI) at the University of Galway seeks to establish a framework agreement with a qualified consulting firm to provide Qualified Person (QP) services. The Qualified Person will be responsible for reviewing batch documentation related to the manufacturing of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) intended for clinical trials. The QP will evaluate compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and authorize the release of these manufactured products for administration to clinical trial patients. This is a specialized role requiring expertise in ATMP manufacturing regulations, batch documentation review, and clinical trial product release procedures. The successful supplier will work under a framework agreement structure to support CCMI's ongoing clinical trial manufacturing operations.
