Digital Case Management Platform for Subject Access Requests

The Home Office is procuring an end-to-end digital case-management platform with configuration, integration, implementation, and managed-service support for its Subject Access Request Unit. The solution will streamline processing of Subject Access Requests as the primary use case, with configurable workflows to also support Freedom of Information requests and Parliamentary Questions. Key capabilities include: secure, configurable case management; customer submission and identity verification; automated workflows with deadline tracking and audit trails; document handling and redaction; management reporting; integration with approved systems; data migration from existing systems; training and go-live support; and long-term managed services including maintenance, security, and support. The Home Office will conduct procurement under the Procurement Act 2023 using a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure.
