ICT Managed Service Provider for Infrastructure and Digital Operations

Border to Coast is seeking a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver comprehensive ICT support and infrastructure management for approximately 180 users across a single site. The successful partner will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's cloud-based collaborative platform, ensuring secure and effective delivery of its investment portfolio. Key responsibilities include: overseeing existing hardware and infrastructure; providing corporate ICT solutions leveraging modern technologies; managing communications and service support; implementing cyber security measures; and ensuring data resilience and business continuity. The organization currently operates on Microsoft 365, Business Central (Finance module), CRM, and Data modules. The MSP will enable Border to Coast to operate with latest technologies in a flexible, secure environment while supporting core business operations and achieving future ICT strategic objectives.
