NHS National Framework Agreement for Generic Pharmaceuticals - Wave 16a

This is a national framework agreement for the supply of generic pharmaceutical products across the NHS. The framework is divided into three product categories with varying call-off periods and regional allocations: (1) Oral and non-parenteral products for Central and South West, London and South East, and North West and London regions (40 months from February 2027 to May 2030); (2) Hospital-only products for Deanery Level Networks and North West regions (24 months from February 2027 to January 2029); and (3) Hospital-only housekeeping products for Central and East, South West, London and South East, and North East regions (8-16 months starting February 2027). The framework agreement may be extended at the NHS authority's discretion for additional periods totaling up to 48 months. Offer reference: CM/PHG/24/5714.
