Highways and Professional Services Framework Contracts - Market Engagement

Buckinghamshire Council is inviting experienced suppliers to participate in a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to help shape two complementary framework contracts for highways and infrastructure services. Framework 1 – Highways Works will cover construction and maintenance activities including surveys and investigations, minor civil engineering, traffic signs and road markings, drainage and SuDS schemes, bridge and structural maintenance, road surfacing, and pavement rehabilitation. Framework 2 – Professional Services will provide technical and commercial support including project management, scheme design, environmental and arboricultural services, flood risk and drainage consultancy, and climate change and sustainability advice. The Council seeks feedback on supplier capability, market capacity, innovation approaches, delivery models, and potential risks to inform the final procurement strategy, framework structure, and contract requirements. Your input will help ensure the frameworks are flexible and effective for delivering Buckinghamshire's highways and infrastructure programmes over the coming years.
