This opportunity invites qualified construction consultants to provide Project Supervisor Design Process Services for a demolition and landscaping project in Cork City, Ireland. The scope covers two residential properties at Noonan Road, The Lough (No. 13-28 and No. 45-60 inclusive), across five project stages (i through v). The Project Supervisor will oversee the design process, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and manage project deliverables throughout all phases of the demolition and landscaping work.
