Wheat Leasows Solar Farm - Cable Replacement and Maintenance Services

The Council is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake two distinct phases of work for the Wheat Leasows Solar Farm. Phase 1 (Rectification) involves surveying, designing, procuring, and reinstating damaged DC string cabling and associated components following a cable theft incident in August 2025, ensuring the solar farm returns to full operational status and compliance with all safety standards. Phase 2 (Operations & Maintenance) requires the contractor to provide comprehensive technical services over a multi-year period, including system monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, high-voltage operations, performance reporting, and asset management to maximize the facility's long-term efficiency and reliability.
