Supported Housing Services for Women and Families at Risk of Homelessness

This opportunity comprises two service lots for temporary accommodation and support services. Lot 1 provides dedicated supported housing for single women experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or rough sleeping. Services include safe, self-contained, single-sex accommodation with trauma-informed support focused on housing-related assistance, building independence, and facilitating planned transitions to permanent housing. Lot 2 offers supported housing for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, providing a flexible combination of dispersed and scheme-based accommodation. Support services are trauma-informed and strengths-based, designed to help families obtain and sustain housing while building stability, independence, and successful move-on into settled housing. Both lots prioritize person-centered approaches and measurable outcomes in housing security and independence.
