    Brief

TfL (Transport for London) is updating its Infrastructure Improvement Framework contract award notice to extend the standstill period and adjust the framework agreement entry date. The standstill period now concludes on Friday 5 June 2026, with framework agreements not beginning before Monday 8 June 2026. This is an update to the original notice published 12 May 2026 (Notice identifier: 2026/S 000-043377). The framework itself involves appointing three contractors to deliver multi-disciplinary infrastructure and construction projects, including early contractor involvement, design services, and build works. Framework contractors will be engaged through call-off contracts, with projects allocated on a direct allocation basis according to equitable allocation principles. TfL may also award call-off contracts following a mini-competition procedure. All award decisions, successful suppliers, framework scope, and substantive information remain unchanged from the original notice.
