    Brief

    South West London Integrated Care Board is seeking qualified providers to deliver neighbourhood health prevention and empowerment services across three areas of Croydon: North, Central, and South. This is a single procurement with three separate lots that providers can bid for individually or in combination: Lot 1 - North Croydon Healthy Lifestyle Behaviours Service (£184,539 per annum) Lot 2 - Central Croydon Prevention, Access and Health Equity Service (£209,063 per annum) Lot 3 - South Croydon Weight Management, Independence & Wellbeing Service (£169,430 per annum) Eligible bidders include providers, voluntary and community sector organisations, social enterprises, and primary care partners. All bids must include a completed Procurement Specific Questionnaire and relevant Lot Specific Questionnaires. Each lot is evaluated separately with no limit on the number of lots a single provider can win. The contract runs for 3 years from 1 April 2027, with an optional 1-year extension. Tenders are invited under the Procurement Act 2023 Open Procedure using the Atamis E-tendering Portal. Submission deadline: 14 August 2026 at 17:00hrs.
