Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm System Replacement at St. Ciaran's Community School

St. Ciaran's Community School in Kells, Co. Dublin seeks contractors for a comprehensive emergency lighting and fire alarm system replacement project. The school is a two-storey primary school building with approximately 5,000m² of space including classrooms, gymnasium, and technology block. The project scope includes: decommissioning and replacing the existing emergency lighting system with a new installation compliant with I.S. 3217:2023; decommissioning and replacing the fire alarm system with a new installation compliant with I.S. 3218:2024; remedial works to electrical boards to support the new emergency lighting; supply and installation of a new cable carrier system throughout the building; retention of existing ICT, intruder alarm, PA, and CCTV systems; all associated electrical works as per drawings and specifications; builders' works and decommissioning; project supervision at construction stage; compliance with health and safety regulations; and final contract cleaning upon completion.
