Expert Network Services for Strategic Decision Making

The Authority seeks a long-term provider of expert network services to deliver on-demand access to vetted subject-matter experts across multiple industry sectors. The service will support the Investment & Advisory function and other teams in making informed decisions on investment, financial, strategic, and operational matters. Key Requirements: - Provide a diverse network of experts including founders, senior executives, officials, and academics - Facilitate project-specific expert requests with curated shortlists matched to defined needs - Arrange direct meetings (typically 60 minutes) via online or in-person formats - Allow the Authority to remain anonymous or withhold its identity when engaging experts - Deliver online meetings with optional recording, transcription (AI or human), and full access to retained materials for internal use - Provide a secure, user-friendly platform for expert search, project management, meeting coordination, and access to recordings and transcripts - Source, vet, onboard, and contract additional experts when needed, including Authority-nominated candidates - Support expertise across diverse sectors including advanced materials, aerospace, AI, battery manufacturing, carbon capture, critical minerals, defence, energy, hydrogen, life sciences, nuclear, offshore wind, regeneration, ports, power networks, semiconductors, solar, sustainable aviation fuels, transport infrastructure, and water This is a long-term provision contract with a stated maximum value representing potential spend rather than committed expenditure.
