Estates Design and Construction Consultancy Framework

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified suppliers for a four-year, multi-supplier Estates Design and Construction Consultancy Framework to support its capital and estates programmes. The framework encompasses 11 specialist consultancy Lots covering design, engineering, project management, surveying, and contract administration services. Up to three suppliers will be appointed per Lot to provide flexibility and competition throughout the framework period. The procurement will follow a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure, beginning with a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) to assess supplier capability and experience, followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for detailed proposals. This framework offers suppliers the opportunity to secure medium-term contract work with a major NHS Trust and support critical healthcare infrastructure and facilities projects.
