    Brief

    Cambridgeshire is seeking a qualified provider to conduct a comprehensive qualitative needs assessment examining gambling-related harms and their impact on individuals and families in the region. This 1.5-month project will gather lived experiences and stakeholder perspectives through interviews, focus groups, and community engagement to identify local needs, evaluate existing services, and develop evidence-based recommendations for future planning and commissioning. Key Deliverables: - Design and conduct qualitative needs assessment using multiple engagement methods - Engage people with lived experience of gambling harms, affected family members, community organisations, service providers and other stakeholders - Apply inclusive, trauma-informed and culturally competent approaches with robust safeguarding and data protection measures - Analyse findings and produce practical, evidence-based recommendations for prevention and service improvement - Deliver final report, executive summary, presentation slides and accessible summary for service users The successful provider should demonstrate expertise in qualitative research, trauma-informed practice, community engagement and knowledge of gambling-related support services.
