Cost of Living Support Service Provider

East Staffordshire Borough Council is seeking an experienced organisation to provide professional support to households struggling with the cost of living crisis. The service will consist of 1.5 full-time equivalent staff positions for 24 months. The successful provider will deliver direct support to help households identify and access financial resources and activities to improve their financial wellbeing, and provide referrals to other relevant services when needed. This is an opportunity to help vulnerable residents navigate financial difficulties and connect them with practical solutions and specialist support services.
